I can't speak for someone who is a serious player though. I do appreciate the carrying case and how easy they are to transport. I leave them in my car in case the chance to play arises unexpectedly! If you're just looking for a simply set, then I think these are great!"

These paddles are solidly built, have good wrapping around the handle, and have a bright, colorful design on the face of the paddle. The pickleball itself is average quality... not light and easy to bust. I do recommend this set, and I would buy them again... maybe look for a four pack to save money.
